CTED is registered with the GSA and as a Small Business. We care about the world and we have international roots. We have staff members located in Maryland, Georgia, Texas and Nairobi, Kenya. CTED can be engaged on prime contracts, joint-ventures or subcontracts.
For staff augmentation scenarios, we seamlessly integrate with client's organizations and become an extension of its staff. For independent projects, we are independent, objective agents and represent the client's interests.
